Bar soap vs. Body wash

Alright fellas (and the couple of ladies)

What do you use? Bar Soap or Body Wash?

personally, I use bar soap but i am thinking about a switch over. I just feel like body wash doesnt clean you as well and just has too powerful of a smell...

tell us what you use and why
 
i sport body wash. i don't like the idea of leaving my soap in the bathroom and having other people have it...body wash, even if they use it is still just a liqiud.

I'm weird though, i can't keep my toothbrush in the bathroom or else i feel like someone has touched it and i throw it out.
 
exactly, when i heard that i could smell like i'm that guy and not a lady, i just HAD to buy some old spice
 
Bar of soap.

This is for a few reasons.
1. Bar of soap is not diluted with water. So, I'm not paying for the extra water.
2. Bar of soap does not contain all the crazy preservatives and chemicals that bodywash has. GIven you can buy body wash with out this stuff, but it is generally more expensive.
3. Bar of soap generally doesn't use as much packaging. therefore is generally better for the environment.
Of course the last one depends on what you are using.
 
Also, tends to leave soap scum all over your body, is half as clean after the first week, and creates stains all over your shower.
 
haha i use both, i didn't know you use one or the other. i use soap to get nice and clean then use some body wash to smell real good
 
body wash, but im not a huge fan of old spice...a little over powering, i might sound like a pole jerker but i like to smell like ocean breeze, or mountain fresh, after my showers
 
Most of the time I use bar soap but if I ran out and don't feel like running into my room to get more I'll steal some of my roommates body wash.
