I worked at the Chateau Lake Lousie last winter, and stayed at the banff springs countless times. its not difficult at all to get a job. especially if you don't mind washing dishes or cleaning rooms. in oz they should have a big recruiting fair for jobs all over the banff national park and you will see tons of crazy aussies getting far beyond wasted at auroras and hoodoos. if your serious about riding i would suggest washing dishes in lake louise. i got over 130 days last season working evenings and the moneys not bad either.
