Bacons vs opuses

My friend would be willing to sell me a pair of 185 opuses with high end atomic bindings(i forget what kind but i know they are nice and sell for over $300 at evo. This seemed like a great deal but i recently found a deal where i could get a pair of bacons with tyrolia attack 13s (never heard of these) for $350. What would you do if you were me? For reference i am 16 years old 6 foot 2 and weigh 165 pounds. I consider myself a pretty advanced skier. I mostly ride park and have a pair of thalls that i use for that but i am looking to get into more backcountry this year and would mostly be using the skis for 40%pow 40% all mountain and 20% groomers. I live in washington and ski at snoqualmie, stevens, and sometes crystal or baker so keep in mind the snow isnt always ideal

Definitely get the opus. Sounds like he has the atomic ffg 16, best bindings I have ever ridden with. I ski Crystal too and have had no problems with taking fat skis up there all the time (I ride pettitors which are pretty similar to the opus). So yes go opus. So much fun to ski on

Yeah the bindings are the ffg 16s. Will the opuses be able to handle the less than ideal conditions we usually get in washington?

yeah dude for heavy slushy snow on bad days those will be fun as fuck, and for pow they will float like a dream. pnw is perfect for the opus because we either have deep snow or super heavy shit, and the opus is awesome at both. ice will not be fun, but ice is never fun anyways.
