get a bit more air than you would on a tramp, your skis and everything will slow up your rotation quite a bit. It's all in the hips and the head and shoulders really, well I guess you could say it's your whold body but when I do it I get up to the lip of the jump, about 2 meters before I hit I start leaning back, when I hit it I pop with my feet and thrust my hips forward and shoot my head and shoulders back, this gets you vertical and upside down freakin' quick, then you can either tuck your knees up to your chest which will rotate you round fast or hang it out and rotate slower, you can flex your back to slow down or tuck your knees to speed up, this will stop you over-rotating, within reason of course. Yah, so go nuts dude. Just try it off something not toooooo huge to start with and wear a helmet. peace.
