I took a nice fall last week that took a tole on my bindings. Some how the part where the two brake screws screw into on my griffons snapped and the threads were ripped out. This ment that even if i got a new brakes it wouldn't have any way of being put on the ski.

So i went on the live chat that backcountry offers and they sorted everything out for me. He said that i should take advantage of the great return policy they have, keeping in mind my bindings were two years old. After setting up my return all i had to do was throw them in a box and tape a label they gave me to the box. He even set up another order that was "pending" so as soon as my old bindings were shipped there a new pair would be shipped out. AND the guy even hooked me up with two day shipping.

Now im leaving for a ski trip on the 9th and i wanted to know how much longer it would be. I went back on the live chat, gave a guy the return number and he said the box was at the building and would take 3-5 days to be processed. I told the guy my situation and that i was leaving soon, because he was such a great person he processed the order with the new bindings and i received my shipping conformation tonight saying i should get them by monday, Needless to say this guy basically saved this trip for me

Before anyone says cool story bro or anything like that when a company has this amazing of customer service i think something needs to be said. So if your in the market for some new gear i would highly recommend picking up whatever you need from backcountry.

thanks again guys

backcountry is the cats pajamas. i was kinda in the same situation as you. i needed new bindings for my CO trip and the guy on live chat hooked me up with free 2 day shipping before i even told him i needed it. such good customer service

just wondering for everyone that has said they have bought alot from them how much? im thinking in the past two years 1500 sounds about right for me anyways

yea, if you guys ever need any help with anything Backcountry.com related, shoot me a PM and I'll do my best to hook you up. Im not going to give any discount codes, so don't bother asking about that.

Same here, bought gloves from them but couldn't decide on a size, so they said take both and just return one. The guy said use them on the mountain to get a feel for them. So he knew full well they were going to get back a non sellable used pair and they didn't care at all.

Backcountry is the best! the free two day shipping is unreal! i absolutely love buying from BC, department of goods and chainlove (for the mountain bikers)

does anyone order from Powder 7? i got my first pair of skiis (this season) from them. really like 'em, 2010 Icelantic Da'Nollies.
