Backcountry warranty?

you can return/exchange anything, anytime, and in any condition and get a full refund of your money of the price you paid for it.

backcountry's warranty is amazing. a few years back i got a pair of skis for xmas, rode them hard all spring and the next fall. i ended up snapping them mid december, called line and they said no dice on a warranty so i called backcountry and they didnt even ask how they broke or anything just "you have 2 days left to get them in the mail and well will credit your account the original price of the skis." they are the best!
 
It's because large companies will warranty products sent by Backcountry.com, probably in fear of losing them as a distributor. Them being so large gives them much more power than the regular population.
So Backcountry pretty much has your back, always.
