Just wondering if anyone’s had a warehouse job at backcountry? If you have, how was it? (Hours, pay, benefits etc...)

dude worked there 3 seasons ago.. if you like asians that dont speak english dimly lit warehouses and shitty bosses go for it!

no really it blows but pretty good discounts on gear thats it

If you get the right department and become friends with the sup's/managers it is a blast! I thought it kind of sucks at first, but it slowly gets better and everyone is way chill.
