Backcountry.com return policy

has anyone ever used this to return used skis?

website says unlimited, so I assume I could return my couple year old chronics for this years model??
 
So as I read in another backcountry thread, this is totally legitimate. However, I would rather sell them on here than burden the awesome people at backcountry with the process as I have always been more than impressed with their service. From now on, I will always buy my stuff from there, if the local shop doesn't have it, based on the fact that if it doesn't truely work out for me I have the option to return it.

 
i know they have that policy. but i dont think you can exchange out your old skis for new ones unless they is a manufacturer defect.
 
well you can, that dosent mean you should... they have a amazing return going so dont take advantage of it and make them lose money
 
thats what i was tryin to say. it would be retarded to return you completly fucked up skis for a full refund.
 
you can return anything at any time for any reason for ur full money back..u just have to contact them before hand and get a return number and pay for shipping back to them
 
Backcountry.com is fucking amazing theyre quick and easy when it comes to returning things and buying new things. Just dont fuck with them a skrew it all up for everyone else
 
please dont abuse this policy. My friend used it once because his suspects were completely destroyed after three days of shredding and that was awesome. But dont abuse this policy.
