Meh, my experience with BC.com is so-so. THey have great prices on stuff sometimes and the service is nice...But I have a Fizik saddle back from Chainlove I cant use on my Brooks Imperial, even though I was told it works on any saddle...

...so it went back one time and I was told I was getting the one that worked on any saddle, just clipped onto the rails. Nope, same as the first one. Called up, "send it back no problem, I am shipping the right one out as we speak man"...

Same fucking bag arrived 3 days later...

Really? Get your head out of your asses BC. Yea you make it seem like you take care of the customer, but if the guy on the other end of the phone could give a shit about shipping out the right thing, then whats the point of me ordering if I cant get what I wanted to begin with?

Scott, nuthin against you, I am sure it pays the bills, but christ, tell the rest of the warehouse and shipping staff to pull their heads out of their asses.

Wow man you need to stop being such an angry customer. Bc.com is great at getting you the right stuff, mistakes just happen in such big corporations. By the way the guy on the end of the phone had nothing to do with shipping the things out, it was probably a mexican in the warehouse. They will give you a full refund if you want it also, I have nothing but positive vibes for backcountry. Can I have a discount code?
 
I dont think asking for what I actually ordered is being an angry customer...

Imagine you have some skis...and then you order some bindings. And the bindings wont fit on the skis...say the skis have some sort of plate that only accepts another companies binding...and 3 times BC says they are sending the right one...and 3 times you get the wrong one. FInally, assume the bindings were 10 bucks and its not worth it for you to even bother sending them back anymore because its just the same thing over and over...
 
Update:

Spoke with 123 privatly about the issue and he made some pretty good faith offers to set it right. I opted not to at this point just because it has been so long since I ordered that I am just gonna ebay it and get the money back that way. The bag was super super cheap anyway and a killer deal from BC.com.

That said, I wouldnt hesitate to purchase in the future from BC.com if I saw something I wanted. I believe that if there is a mess up they will find a way to make it right.
 
Yeah same here. Ive bought many pairs of skis and gear from BC.com and have NEVER had any issues. They've been great with returns/exchanges and info that Ive needed. I prefer BC to any other geat outlet.

Btw, Id like that discount code please and thank you ;P
 
I honestly don't know, but i jsut tried it on a coat that was 150 dollars, and i save 35 dollars. So it's pretty substantial.
