before the season started i hurt myself on the tramp resulting in a sprain in my lower back. Since then everytime i go skiing my back hurt fucking badly. Do you guys ever experienced that? do you have any advice on how to be in a good shape again?
I struggle with some pretty bad back pain as well, especially on the hill. I suggest going to physical therapy. PT is the bomb. I didnt think it would help, but I got in there and within a few weeks I was noticing big changes
