Back injury

I just got back from skiing and when I woke up I couldn't get up and barely walk from the pain in my lower right side of my back does anyone know what could be up it's a very sharp pain

Ok so I’m not a neurologist or a surgeon butttttt my mom got that twice in it was a herniated disk one had to be fixed with surgery. Are you having any numbness or nerve pain in one of your legs? That’s a mother sign of a herniated disk

None of that stuff I know it's not a herniated disc I've had it checked for that before

None of that stuff I know it's not a herniated disc I've had it checked for that before

I still think it could be because of the pinching I’m also not a doctor. I’d say see one you don’t wanna mess around with your back or neck
