I have never been able to get a clean back 2 around. My body just stops rotating at around 180 and I land sideways every time. even when I have a lot of hang time I can never bring the back 2 fully around. ffBelow is a vid of an attempted lip blind 2 because i thought that they might be easier. But I can't seem to make them flow smooth and get them clean. Any help +k. It is much appreciated

No video op, but make sure when your getting to the end of the rail dip your front foot down just a little bit to start the spin, and look over your shoulder, your body will only spin if your head is turned

When you do it make sure you have a little more speed then you think this should make it easier, slide the rail like normal but towards the end bend your knew like your going to pop pop us and commit to the spin and really envision yourself doing it, but mostly practice them and think of making it all the way around, I used to have this problem and for me the most important thing is just practicing them over and over again

Think of it like a backside switch up but go another 90, and like was said before push on the toe side of your back foot to start your spin

The biggest thing is being locked onto the rail and having that front ski pointing down. And make sure u POP off the end of the rail. With practice this trick will come around easily.

I'm not a pro at them, but really setting an edge and digging your toe into the rail and pushing off of that helped me a lot. It's almost like you dig your toe in and turn your head and shoulders at the same time, then you push off your front foot/pop and your lower body follows your head/shoulders/hips.

A lot of people just told me to "look" harder. but looking over your shoulder does nothing if your lower body isn't really set up to follow through with the spin, which is when I'd do those really weird 180s/shuffle things. Get a wider stance so you can use your edge better and push off your front toe. That really, really helped me!

Also, if you have a wide box, jumping on 90 and then doing a surface swap back around to forward helps to get the feel of going blindside and coming around!! For me I used to get so freaked out going blind that I would sort of stop myself because I was a pussy/not committing. So that helped too!!

Though I do agree that dipping the tip happens I don't think it helps to think of it like that unless you are real solid sliding rails. The crappy thing that'll happen is you'll keep hitting your tip on the rail as you start to spin out. I say practice getting to the end of the rail and popping large to switch. When you can get the pop down, it'll help set your spin better than just falling off the rail.

I think everyone has a different approach to learning so I figured this may be a helpful way to think of it.

i would assume he cant bswap seeing as he cant b2

you gotta commit to it.

that means committing in the moment (not pussying out / bailing) and committing long term to learning it. that's all you need to do.

think of how you pop when you throw a 3, if you're only getting round 180 you either need to pop harder or throw it harder (bring your shoulders all the way around and spot the landing)

cheaty way to do it is slightly turn back uphill on the rail and do just over a switch 180, then just spin more each time

a tube would be pretty easy to learn them on
