obviously, its much harder to miss a deer when you can unload 8-15 rounds with a trigger pull.
I don't know much about P90's but you could try and claim that it is a civilian semi version.

which would be a ps90.

i was at wades in bellevue a few years ago and a guy had a f/a version (p90). it fires this goofy little round, and fires with a closed bolt, so he had no problems holding in on target when he was going full auto.

plus, owning a silencer is not illegal in washington.
