Average commute?

30-40mins from Snoqualmie Pass, about 1.5hrs to Stevens Pass. I never go to either place (or anywhere in WA, really) on a Saturday or a Sunday, Lol

20-40 minutes to killington depending on how fast people drive, longest it's ever taken was an hour and 20 minutes which was totally fucked.

I get on Highway 101 south then use highway 116 to highway 12 to Vallejo and sac. I'm usually passing through there around 5am so its easy breezy

15-20 minutes depending on roads. It was better when i lived in Corner Brook- 5 min drive to Marble Mountain or a 30 min bike ride.

45 min.

from Grand Junction to Powderhorn. can't complain.

I used to live in Denver and pretty much quit skiing because getting to a mountain on the weekend is just insane. Denver is complete garbage if you want to ski.

Minnesota skiing is boring and pretty pointless imo. I ski at Snowbird. I've only skied in Minnesota once since 2013.

I get it. I grew up skiing Tahoe and have never skied on a Midwestern slag pile but I have skied some early and late seasons where there's only a teeny bit of terrain open and still had fun. Went to Alpine meadows last November and lapped Kangaroo chair all day, no park, just some blown snow, some rocks and bushes, some decent weather and chilling with my kids. The one little run that was open was ~400' vertical, low intermediate run.

That’s how I feel about pa and why I make a similar drive , the hills here don’t hold snow anymore

Can confirm the front range is shit as far as commutes go. Going from GJ to Powderhorn or Aspen/Vail/CB is way easier
