No doubt. Pause it right when he goes through and look at the knife edge metal frame that sticks out. Like a giant rib spreader. That gives me the willies.

nice! very well edited, had me watching the whole time. I was the same way in Japan, couldn't stop hootin and hollering. So much snow. Here's what I put together from our trip in January.

my biggest fear when I was little and learning to ski that I was gonna go into one of those fan style blowers for snow making. They just looked sharp and intimidating.

And also...I want to ski in japan right now. That looked incredibly fun.

Oh man, definitely made me cringe when I saw that coming.Nice job on his part avoiding it last second. Plus that was just a dope edit all around, Northern Japan looks so ill!!

EXPERTS ONRY

but yeah I absolutely hate that feeling when you are about to land on something and can't do anything, that must have been pretty scary.

It's actually Hakuba (not Hokkaido) which is a few hours south of Toyko on the main island. Much bigger mountains than the north.

season has turned a little bit to shit now - europe is still looking the goods though.

if you thought that was sketchy then come to the east coast where every huck has a fuck ton of trees on the landing. I have smashed into way too many trees.

you should get up there during summer and clear out some landings... accidental "bush fires" are the best ways to make new ski runs. that's how they used to do it in the Australian resorts.

haha this, especially skiing interior B.C. That would just be a normal turn around here, even pretty spacious compared to some runs.

really liked that video. There was something about the way it was edited and the fact that there was no music that just reminded me of what skiing is really like.
