Probably a dumb question but..

I've just arrived Melbourne today and I was wondering if anybody could tell me if there is any ski possibilities down here? Im going from Melbourne along the coast and up to Cairns.

Im thinking about inndoor skiing, waterjumps, foam pits etc.

 
your mention of water ramps could work out. i know in the melbourne 'province' there is a water ramps facility somewhere. its out in the middle of nowhere and is a couple hours drive but it could well be in the direction your going. hope that helps mate.
 
word up Oz! yo dude the water jump park is in a place called "lilydale" its about an hour from the city.
you would have to contact patto from teambuller cos hes the dude that runs it, but he is a fag who will probs try and charge you hard, any way go to www.teambullerriders.com and get his number from the contacts,
other than that there is a dry slope about 2 hrs out of melbourne, but its nothing dope its just two boxes and big air bag. its at mt baw baw. look that shit up. other than that there isnt really many options.
 
For foam pits/tramps hit up the Gymnastics Victoria website and find a gymnasium location near where you are in Melb, or the state body of the state you happen to be in at the time.
