SEATTLE....me and my buddy are moving out this summer to go to central community. long enough to transfer to either udub or western..probably western...but we'll be living downtown around the capitol hill area, so we'll be looking to meet a bunch of people...down to chill, skate, play/listen to music, whatever, ski obviously...holla if youre around downtown
 
There's this very scary guy by the name of William Xavier Russell running around that neighborhood. Look out for him, you'll know by the chains, trail of dead bodies, and bad breath.
 
I go to western and will have a house next year so if you want to come up and check out the campus you are more than welcome. I have had so much fun up here, the people i have met and the community are awesome! And there is "terrible" skiing up here so if you like skiing you would "HATE" going to Western, because "NO-ONE" here skis or shreds...cough cough. There is a lot to do up here too there is a skate park close by and a bunch of recreation like Mt Biking within riding distance.

yea, it's a nice neighborhood. skating, biking, swimming etc is very accessible
 
i don't live there, but i'm there all the fucking time kickin it with special k and style+eeze, so... if you ever wanna go swimming or partying/brewpounding just let us know
 
I used to spend a fair bit of time at capitol hill. Not as much anymore but it's a relatively nice place. Some weird parts but nothing too bad. Lots of sick concerts go on around there. Capitol Hill Block Party anyone?
 
i hate to admit this but i dont really know what the block party's about, even after living here for two yeras. care to elaborate?
 
also, i want to get real into backcountry but livin on the east coast, we obviously don't have any compared to the west...is anyone into backcountry skiing? i'm a photo major, so i would be so down to go out there and snap shots..but i've never really done it before. i know i'll need all the right gear and all that shit...anyone down?
 
listen dick, thanks for you contribution to this thread. love how you quote five words from my post. i was making this point to try to coordinate the who what and where, because if you read the purpose of the thread i'm moving out there and don't know jack shit about backcountry. so unless you want to participate; fuck off.
 
You going to be at Stevens? Been trying to get into it for a bit now but lacking partners with beacons. Hopefully they will pick them up this year (yeah I know you fuckers will read this). Anyways one way or another hope to ski with ya~
 
don't go into the backcountry with scott. he'll hit you over the head with a tree limb, plunder your body for loot, then take the traverse back to the resort.
 
Well even if he doesnt go with me he will end up falling into one of my crevasse or snow snake traps and then ill take his loot. Either way is fine really~
