I'm in need of some help. I have an interview with a newspaper for one of their staff photographer positions. I'm interviewing with them on Monday at 2 PM and they've asked me to bring some photo samples.

Should I:

a) Run down to Ritz and print out some images (sizes?)

b) Create a presentation on my computer and present my photos to them in that manner.

I would print them myself but I don't have a photo printer that I trust for quality.

Any help from anyone, be it Industry pros or amateurs, would be awesome!

Where's Matt Harvey when you need him!

Cheers,

Dan

I'd say print them. If it's a newspaper, the pictures are going to be printed anyways. And bringing a computer along might be a bit of a pain.

Yeah, I should have clarified that, I would put the photos together in a portfolio, not just let them float freely. But thanks for the input.

print the images so they can physically hold them and if you still have time make a presentation so that you can go through them individually and explain the images on your own ground

i think slideshows are pretty played out nowadays

if your going for a position the quicker and easier they get to see your nice photos the better right, so id say print them nice, i got some printed pretty cheap the other day, good quality too

its always cool to get your hands on something physical

im no pro, thats my angle though
