The university ski (and snowboard) club will be meeting sometime in the next two weeks. Last year I was the only NS'er present and if you're out there check it out.
This is my second year in the club, and last year season eight members where able to ski in/out for four days at Grand Targhee for about $200 (lift tickets, and lodging + beer, weed, and food) each. There's a fee of $20 to join and you get a sick T ( i know cuase i design them). Our first meeting will be in the student Union on campus. I'll post more details when I find them out.
if your new to boise this is a good way to meet some gnar shredders. And there's usually some good looking girls to.
 
Not sure if you'd know this but if we're taking concurrent credit classes in high school could we join?
 
I'm not on campus anymore, but I am still a student. Can the meeting be held after 3 so that I can try and make it? I work out at East Jr. High and classes don't get out till 2:30.
 
To my knowledge anyone with a student ID from BSU gets a discount from bogus but i'm not totally sure
 
yeah i was hoping maybe they did something extra on top of the student ID discount. i might join. not on campus much so it depends when the meetings are

Hey boarders and skiers!
The first official meeting is Tuesday September 27th at 8pm on the second floor of the SUB. Bring your friends and your crazy ideas! The club fee this year is $35 and will be due in the near future, so if you want to get a head start you could bring it to this meeting. We will also be filling out participation waivers so bring your insurance information!
Sweet sweet! You better be ready to shred some gnar!

 
Damn I dont know whether to join or not cause i injured my knee this summer and cant ski til february and even then i cant to park, i could film though...
 
Damn.. I lay dormant on the NS Forums until ski season hits, ( I am on MTBR, ride Monkey and PB until winter hits) So I didnt see the posting or hear about the ski club meetings around campus.. I may be down to join.. I am a broke ass college kid right now and all my money is going towards bike racing ATM.. But I will make one of the meetings some time..

And I have seen a NS sticker on someones Mac and I have seen a NS Lanyard but never said anything to anyone..

We have a meeting tomorrow, Thursday October 20th @ 8pm. It is on the 2nd floor of the SUB above the Information Desk...if you came to the last meeting it's in the same spot.

This one looks pretty sick... unfortunately this movie is in conflict of our ski meeting but it would be a great way to support the ski/snowboard community. Adopt-a-Crag ---Saturday, October 22nd---anytime between 10am and 3pm---this is a volunteer activity where we clean up a local rock climbing site, and get in a little climbing afterwards!

Sweet sweet, we have some pretty bomber ideas for our Annual Ski Trip so we will touch on that at the meeting, also be thinkin of those sweet T shirt designs, and none other than prayin' for snow!
