I sent a couple of texts, just to start things off. If i dont get a response im going to call him.

I also sent him a nice email explaining to him how he cant get away with this, and if he is in fact scamming me, i have all his information and will find a way to sue him or something.

He issued a refund and im getting my money back.

I feel now that he wasnt trying to scam me, but his communication is not very good, which lead to me believing that he was scamming me.

I am talking to him now and everything is working out. Thanks to everyone that was trying to help.
 
Dude, you sound just like a beaten wife. I mean, as soon as he's like "I'm sorry baby", there you go all "I know you didn't mean it, you're so misunderstood".

This was a scam, if you can't see that you've got some fucked up stockholm syndrome. If it had been me I wouldn't have let this guy have more chances to fuck over people down the rode. I would have called the cops and reported a theft across state borders. But that's me, and I fucking hate scammers.

And seriously, if he wasn't scamming let him prove it. Tell him to ship the skis COD today and see if you get them. If you do, he's just a fuck up. If you don't or he won't do it, he's a scammer.
 
Ya i know i do seem like that, but i think he jsut has bad communication.

I am trying to work something out were he sends me the skis and i pay him once they get here.

If it doesnt sound good when im talking to him, i will forget it and find skis somewhere else.

Warning to Buyers from embracedbyleaves, he does have very poor communication i do not believe he is actually trying to scam people but he is inconsistent on his service and can make you worry. You can be the judge on whether or not he is a scammer or a lazy communicator.
 
Yea, for sure do cash on delivery (COD). UPS offers it for $7 on any shipment, so all you have to do is give them a check or money order when the skis get there. He owes you for dicking you around for a full month, so he should be willing to do that if he's for real.
