Attending online classes skiing

How many gnar points does one get for that? Same as calling your mom? Only counts if you actually are hitting shit with your camera on though.

I did this whole semester of school just calling into zoom meetings (minutes, no data) from wherever I damn well pleased on the west coast here, on the bike, in the mountains, on skis, phone in pocket and earbuds in. Never worked up the courage to call from the surfboard I guess. Bottom line is OP is forreal and a g.

The learning experience is obviously better in the classroom but you really can't beat this remote school lifestyle. If I got 2 bars and some some sunlight for my solar kit, I'm chillin. Sit through a lecture and then hop out the van into the beautiful wild. Fuck a data plan
 
We need to make a competition out of this, first person who sends proof of them shredding with the cam on in class gets my kidney or some shit

Not sure where y’all are attending college but in my recent semester experience of attending class in similar manners to there I can safely say I have learned not a lot. Finals are gonna be tough.

Haha imagine doing the "x games hot lap" type thing but being on zoom class and pointing your phone camera at your skis while you slide rails

Oh yea the quality of my education might have taken a bit of a dive lol. Thankfully my school rocks the block plan so some big cumulative finals week is no more than a myth. I do not take it for granted.

I did it during English the other day while hiking my rails in the yard teacher was chill with it.

It’s november and you can’t wait to ski any longer. It’s an easy day in class and you’re browsing NS on your chromebook instead of doing your work. Watching edits and such, hoping the teacher doesn’t walk around to check if everyone’s doing work. You check your phone and see your resort announces it’s opening day for Friday. You tell your homies in the group chat and everyone gets hype. Life is good.

ah do I miss the normal times
