There are 2 levels of Warden bindings- the 11 and the 13. The 11 is the lower end construction, lower DIN value, that is also not Multi-Norm Certified (only fits alpine boots). The 13 is the higher end construction, higher DIN value, that is Multi-Norm Certified (fits all normed boot soles). The 13 also shares the exact heel and internals of the STH2 13.
The only reason you should consider the Warden 13 over the STH2 13 is the type of boot(s) you have. If you have normal ski boots, either binding will work for you. But if you have rubber soled touring boots or Grip Walk boots, then the Warden is the only option to consider.
