Attack heel stuck

no idea if this would even be fixable but one of my attack 14’s heel is stuck in the clicked in position. it still has normal range of motion, just doesnt click back down. also if i cant fix it, is it safe to hold it down while i put my boot in it and then ride it lol

Cool, plenty of time to sort out the issue. If you are unable to resolve please take them to a shop to get them worked on/tested. Bindings are the one part of a setup you least want to fail.
