My toe piece is loose or something after 2 weeks of riding, the tip of my boot can move a little up and down!!! Please respond attack! Also anyone know how to fix this , how much we’ll it cost, has this happened to you?

Your toe piece is not loose. Either 1) your boot sole is so badly worn that it doesn't fit properly or 2) your AFD height isn't set properly.

Before calling a company out, make sure it's not user error first to avoid making yourself look like a complete asshat!
