Atomic Stomps

I have the oppertunity to get a pair of last years Stomps and their matching bindings for 539. I want a pow ski and i was looking at scratch BCs and PRs, but this deal is pretty tough to pass up. Anyone skied these babies, how are they in the pow, in the park, on the hardpack???

First of all, is that Canadian or US. Canadian is a really good deal, US is boarderline.

second of all, if you ski park for than 50% of the time, dont even consider it. They are tanks. Nice in the pow and the hardpack, but they weight a ton. Seriously, 2 PEs w/bindings weigh as much as one ski with its binding.

I feel bad for people who don't drink, cause when they wake up in the morning, thats the best the're going to feel all day
 
i have them...i love them a bunch. i skied em on west coast. they are an all round good ski a bit negative on speed nice in like 6 to 10 inches of pow. they are a kinda heavy. but super strong. good for popping and back country hucking. they eat alive the crud. i-like-it-alot kinda ski. but 539 i think is pretty steep. if you know someone who works for wilson thats a close friend you can get a way better deal.

its 539 for skis and bindings together guys, the skis were 360 i think. Anyway, as long as i can ride them as all-mountain skis thats what I really care about. I don't ride that much park, mostly all mountain and all around goofing around.

yeah 539 american is to much i think. but still rossi bc's still sell here for 640. crazy i really think you can find better. i find them on e-bay once in awhile. the new ones look so sick i think blue and red.

OK, guys, its 539 for skis AND BINDINGS. As in, the skis come mounted with the 614 i think atomic bindings. Anyway, I picked 'em up, can't wait for the white stuff.....

don't get stomps, because with the atomic binding its heavy as shit, they are race bindings and have soooo much swing weight, and you cant really put other bindings on them very easily
