Hey im 6' and 150 lbs, was wonderin if i shud go atomic punx 173 or line afterbang 177?

Im gonna be jibbin/urban 100% of the time, groomer and jump here and there but rails r pref

AFTERBANGS. they're bombproof so great for urban and rails, and theyre symetrical, so great for switch riding.

i have afterbangs. ive only skiid them on a summer setup so far. they are a way bigger ski than ive ever ridden. i did cleaner k feds. learned brittanys and 4s out. the symmetrical ski helps a lot. and there is ike no swingweight. i had some trouble with 2s on. i have true center mounted griffons and i love them so far. do you do more jumps or rails?

haha same dude jumps are gey anyways. i thought the exact same thing and before i asked i bought them and used them. i was just fne. my whole day on a 15 foot long 3 1inch barrel long pvc rail was...back 2 off, foront 2 off, bs sw up front 2 off, k fed, brittany, front four off, 2 on 2 off, and some taps and push/shuffle attempts. i hadnt skiid in a while too so i think youd be fine

my afterbangs felt dead my first day on them. if thats what you want in a ski, which i would if it was 100% rails, then go for em.

the atomic punx are much lighter than the line afterbang. they are also 100% symmetrical and have a low low swing weight. afterbangs may be able to take more of a beating, but all i hear is how dead they are. punx are good skis (all based on my personal opinion)

thank you! such better skis!! way lighter, way more lively, and also durable. But i would go for 181's at your height.

you understand the punx are durable and symmetrical too?

I got punx, love em never regret them. SOO Light, really and just the medium flex is perfect for everything, its an amazing ski

punx are symmetrical too i just bought my pair for the year. riding afterbangs is like mounting your bindings on a log you found in the woods, they ski terrible

Took me 20 days of skiing.. Under that time my punx gotten full rocker, edgepull and became a noodle. Sure it's superlight but it's also a ski that isn't made for parkskiing. Best thing is, I never railed with my Punx.
Sure A-bangs may be heavier but probably much better quality.
