Atomic Punx vs Armada Halo

hey guys i really need help its hard to decide on these skis because there both so good!!!!!

i cant decide to get the punx or the halos !!

i love buttering and i hit mostly rails and jibs!

I do jumps but there not that big only 35 40 booters BIGGEST!!!!!!!!!

i weigh about 140-143 and i am 5'10"

i need a correct size to for what ever ski i get

Punx 173 or 182

Halos 176 or 182

Well as you probably already know halos are rockered and punx aren't. I prefer punx for rails. They are super playful with lots of pop and flex
 
yeah i never heard one bad thing about the Punx and i know there a great ski but the sizing on them just kills me!! like 173 to a 182 its so much bigger and I don't know if the 182 will feel way to big for me! if you have any input on the sizing please help!
 
yeah i am leaning more towards the Halos becuase i love armadas construction and there a really playful ski and i dont hit huge jumps so the Halos should hold up perfect
 
Atomic makes armadas so you are getting basically the same comstruction. Either ski you will love though
 
Bro I'm barely 5' 10'' and I got the new 181 thalls this season. I got used to the size right away and it just makes me feel more sturdy all around, especially on jumps if that makes sense.
 
my brother got the punx and within the first 10 days of using them the topsheet on one of the skis got desurfaced. They are poorly manufactured but a nice ski. halos are very nice to but a completely different kind of ski. i would recommend the halos because you do alot of rails and jumps only as big as 40 ft.
 
Yes armada skis and atomic just share the same factory! they are not made by atomic! everyone thinks they are because they have the same factory! and i pick the HALOS over the PUNX but I'm sure the punx would of been great but i love the way the elf shoe skis and how they hold up on rails
