hey NS,

I was wondering if anyone knows how Atomic measures they're skis? If they say 176cm, is that from tip to tail including the curve? Or is that 176cm in a straight line, from the bottom of the ski to the tallest point?

I ordered the 2014 atomic punx in size 176. if they include the curve, i'm thinking i might return them for the 182s. anyone know?

They come up long. I had the 182's last season and they were quite a bit bigger then my 181 thalls. So the 176 is more like a 179 in most skis.
 
Rational what the maybe 2" you'll loose if it was measured with the surface curvature of the ski? I don't think it will make a difference ride wise.
 
I asked atomic. they say the ski length includes curve, and that makes ski look shorter than real length.Indeed, I found 170 cm punx looks much shorter than 171 cm infamaous 2 cm or more.
