Is the process for the Atomic Memory fit still the same. The videos and website page dont seem like they have been updated so I was wondering if anything has changed. The steps they have are:
Heat: 5 mins
Memorize: 2 mins
Cool: 5-10 mins
Heat: 5 mins
Memorize: 2 mins
Cool: 5-10 mins
