Greetings!

As students of Recreation, Tourism, &

Hospitality at the University of Northern Colorado, we are conducting research

to explore the relationship between personality indicators and types of sport

participation. We believe your participation in this study will help us form a

better understanding of these trends.

This questionnaire takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. Thank you for your time and input!

Please note that participation in this study

is completely voluntary. You may refuse to answer any questions you do not wish

to answer. If you do not wish to participate, simply do not complete the

questionnaire. There will be no negative consequences associated with

nonparticipation or withdrawal from the study. Completing the questionnaire

will indicate your consent.

Your answers are strictly confidential and no names will be associated

with data in any way. Responses to the questionnaire will be kept on a

protected computer in a secure facility. If you have concerns or questions
