I tried to post it from a popup image from NS which didn't work. I figured it out.
 
That's Chris Hansen, he had a show on Dateline NBC called to catch a predator where he would setup a date with a little kid and a REAL potential child pedophile and he would confront them in real lifea and arrest them
 
dammit, you beat me to it, i got into the source and found your image in the html code, it was a 1337 haxor move but you beat me, i was gonna post the image and wow everyone

Yeah I took the NS link and just deleted the stuff that NS added, leaving only the original HTML from the image where the person that posted this picture in the first place got it from, put that link into my address bar to make sure it was the right pic, then posted that link. That was all an educated guess, I have no idea how to do shit like that. WIN.
 
also if you dont already know... the pink is 4chans background color so it just looks like chris. You probably knew that tho
 
you can view the html source of the page and find the code for everything put in here, you can't do anything with it but it's cool to see how the coding works for the site
 
whoever embedded that video gets +K from me because i just peed my pants. that was hillarious
