I’ll be skiing mostly inbounds but hope to do some tours next season in Utah and need help deciding between some AT frame bindings or griffons with daymakers for my J Friends. I’ll be skiing mostly inbounds but getting frame bindings would save me money and would be convenient. What performance am I losing and what are your opinions? Help me out newschoolers

IMO performance is way better with Daymakers on the up vs the Marker F10s I had before. The markers felt weird like I was going to step off the ski. Skiing with regular bindings is also better. I got used to the extra height of the Markers but eventually I broke them because they are just plastic where they screw into the ski. Downside of the daymakers is they take longer to get clicked into but I think that will get easier with more practice.
