arghhh I typed it all out then the page didnt load and I lost it *sigh*
firstly, sorry for posting my ugly mug : )
Also; I don't want to just charge anybody with assault, expecially if I may have started it. What happened beforehand is a little hazy to me, probably because of alcohol + getting beaten in the face 20+ times, which is why I'm going to leave it up to what the witnesses say. At the worst if I pushed one of them as they say, I'll let the court decide if they are going to be harsh or not. All I know is that my friends told me that they would have made me charge the people even if I hadn't wanted to, that I didn't deserve it. I'm going to go on that. So none of this 'don't be a pussy' shit.
commence elaboration;
I'm at a friends party, invites only, so everybody's meant to be cool, it's about 1 in the morning. We've had a lot to drink and me and a friend are sitting in the living room, talking german with each other. Don't ask why, someone taught him a few sentences, and we're pretty much just yelling them at each other. Then these guys come and start saying 'germans are gay' and a whole bunch of annoying stuff (not specific, but it must have fucked me off) then i start swearing at them in german... which they apparently understand which is wierd.
Then I stand up and after that it's all a little hazy. They say I pushed them, but I can't remember. All that everyone knows is that one of them punches me in the nose, hard, and then the other one joins in. I'm caught on the back foot, and am hitting the guy in the face, but can't get weight behind it. The second guy has joined in hitting me at some point early in, I'm smart enough to keep my head down. Before my friends wake up and try to get them, they're gone.
Girls mum is a nurse butterfly stitches the really deep gash, says it might not scar. Lots of witnesses, names of the people.
I just want to know what you guys think.
That's pretty much the statement I gave to the cops, nothing left out or added in.
'It's not that bad' yadda yadda yadda 'I've been bashed way worse', If you're going to make those comments, if I hadn't kept my head down I would have a broken nose and missing teeth. So it's not 'nothing happened' but what they would have done if they could. kapish?
anyway yeah need lots of unbiased comments, which I can get off NS no problem. As well as some healthy non physical abuse I'm guessing. yay!

the thing i dont get is that
1. you said you and your friend were talking
2. everyone was sleeping when they beat the shit outta you
if that were the case either your friend isnt a real friend because im pretty sure he wouldnt pass out in about 10 seconds till you got beat up, he should have been there to help your ass. also your parties must be real lame if everyone needs to "wake up" at 1am. the whole party wont be passed out by then and no one would be sleeping with people yelling shit to eacthother.
the second point id like to address is YOU started it, its your own damn fault. i just think its kinda lame that you would press charges on people you picked a fight with and then got your ass beat( wouldnt you be even more embarressed? ) suck it up and you shoulda thought it through before hand.

i wouldnt bother pressing charges, you might not win becquse you pushed them, but if its aalll ur friends, maybe you "didnt" push him,ya im sayin?

i got inm a fight last night. friday night this kick sucker punched me in the side of the head and ran away so saturday night i saw him and was just like thats not cool man and he got all pisse dand we fought he got me once in the eye and split it open but then i got three shots in and it was over. i knocked him out cold and broke his nose.
