Was there Aspen X games qualifiers over spring break... Cause this kid at my school who thinks hes like the shit said he went to the x games qualifiers in aspen and made it to the finals but he had top go home for baseball i think hes full of it but...........i could be wrong

They had a big comp over spring break, the aspen spring jam 180 or something, and it could have been a qualifier, the x-games already had qualifiers for a couple sports in the last two months.

I hate those people. They think they are such hot shit. There is this one racer at my school that is the same way. He has a bunch of sponsors and wins of bunch of crappy midwest races. He gets to fly out to his condo in vail every weekend or 2 on his dads private jet to 'practice'. He isn'tt even that good. Worse yet he thinks park skiers suck and have no talent. i want him to fly me to Vail so we can race a back bowl top to bottom on a powder day to see how hot he really is. Sorry to bitch but I really hate this kid!

they did have the aspen spring jam and I think that the winner of that comp gets an invite to the x-games. Not 100% on that one but I would check that out. He might be telling the truth.

nope, it was just the kickaspen big air, an event they put on every year in the spring. first place is 7 grand, but it's not a comp that will qualify you for the x-games. plus, there was no qualifying and finals, just a jam session where everyone got about 3 jumps each and then the judges just picked the top 3 overall. peter olenick won, zak fishkin came in second, and blake davidson came in third. all of them are from out here in colorado, so whatever that kid told you was just dumb shit.
