I would have enjoyed being there. There were plenty of hard metal and cement corners that would have looked better with those kids faces on them.

Not to sound like a jerk, but that asian can take some hits. He gets back up and still tries to talk his way out. I mean, if he would've tried to fight back, they would've gone even harder on him so he was just taking it valiently.

I read in the comments that the asian guy jumped one of the other kids with 20 of his friends prior to this, might have got what he deserved.
 
Damn. I've been on the recieving end and that blows. Curled up in a ball while feet and fists just rain down on you has got to be the worst. I got the wind kicked out of me and as I gasped for breath in a freezing cold puddle they were kicking me in the ribs and punching me in the face, I thought I was going to die for a second until I caught my breath, rolled on my knees and caught a leg as they tried to kick me, uppercutted one in the balls, came up with a haymaker in someone's wheelhouse and fuckin ran soaking wet towards my building. Ugh. SO shitty.

I found out exactly who did it and why from a girl they bragged to and it turns out it was someone I beat up months earlier 1-on-1 who saw me out eating food while he was with his friends and decided he was gonna take the bitch route to feel better about being a loudmouthed bitch who got his ass beat. I'll give you one guess what happened next. Ok, I'll give you a hint... It was obvious what he wanted for christmas afterwards.
 
If no one got a gut wrenching ache in their stomach, then watch it again and again till you do... I don't want to live on this planet anymore. We should all be lucky we don't have to go through with this. This video almost brought a tear to my eye.
 
Cause the kid was smart. He was pretty average sized, so unless he was the next Bruce Lee, there was no way he could've fought his way out of it. I mean, think about it. The 7 dudes are already beating the shit out of him for no reason. Think about how they'd react if the Asian kid took a swing at the kid wearing a grey hoodie. Plus, for all the Asian kid knows, some of them could be carrying a knife, gun, whatever on them. Better to cut your losses and get your ass kicked, then fight back and risk getting killed...

I've seen it already though and a couple of the kids have been charged. They said though they had actually no good reason for hurting this kid. it was for thier own entertainment. Thats just fucked up.
 
you definitely have no basis for saying it was for no reason...we have no idea why they were jumping the dude. the kid in the grey obviously had some sort of vendetta against this dude and someone kept saying "think its funny now?" or some shit. for all we know the asian dude coulda raped his sister or something.

 
Sorry, guess I worded that wrong, you're definitely right. I guess what I meant was that the kid was just sitting there and taking it, and wasn't provoking them at the time of the incident, and it would've only went downhill from there should he retaliate.

I disagree. Better to die on your feet, than live on your knees. I would have been swinging, actually, I would have been blasting, since I carry a gun... Too bad Chicago does not honor the U.S. Constitution.
