how r this years ARVs i was thinkin of pickin up a pair

soft, unless you know how to ski dont get them..if ur skiing all mountain with them then u really need to know wat your doing. but if ur skiing them in the park they should be fine

no where to find em cheap cause they had a pair at the shop at heavenly for 300 but they didnt have my size n no where else that i can find has em for that price

i've never skied/seen in person arv's til this season's test fest, so they are the 06-07 model. i don't know if they changed something, but i didn't thing the arv was that soft. i skied the msp and then traded that for the arv, and i noticed they were softer than the msp, but not a whole lot softer. i'd compare the flex to the seth vicious. i think the ski has a great all mountain type flex... stiff enough to be supportive, yet soft enough to be forgiving and fun at slower speeds.

This years are very soft, maybe as soft as my fuji's, they look so fun.

man if there straight pow skis either go with the jps or rock the seth

i use them for mostly pow/all mountain in 185's. i have never slid rails on them but they are great on jumps
