so basically im a good artist......but the problem is, im only a good artist when im stoned out of my mind. i cant do the things i want to if i smoke now so it complicates things, but my art makes me quite a bit of money.....
 
how much money are you speaking about? how old are you? youre young, because there comes a certain point in life when you realize there are things better than high states of mind and that you dont need drugs for everything. im dropping 16, maybe 17 at the oldest on your age.
 
i would try to work away from the make art while your stoned thing. But try to realise what your art is while your stoned and try to make new art using that.
 
Post some of your "art" including stoned works and sober works, we'll let you know what's up.
 
my neighbor does sculptures out of cement and draws them all out when he is blazed, some of them turn out amazing and he live a very good life so it is deffanatly doable. If you can find a place to sell all your work and it works out for you then i would say go for it, its doing what you like to do
 
if youre making large enough amounts of money and really just dont want to risk the legal shit over here, move to amsterdam.

ima be honest, your perspective is off, your color mixing is lackluster and generic, youre composition is trash and basically every piece is lacking any sort of meaning for me. there is no way you sell that crap.
 
its art- if you don;t like it you don;t have to buy it. seeing value in it is totally subjective. fine to say you don't like it for the reasons you listed but to start in with the insulting terms by calling it crap - that totally detracts from your educated sounding critique of the work.
