Artboard

The people who own/run that are fucking posers. My friend did all the page layouts. They are just 2 yuppies trying to buy thier way into the snowboard scene. The truth will come out.

the magazine was put out by those levitation project guys right? cause i'm not sure how i feel about them.

did you see their teaser?

Well the Levitation Project advertises with them, but I don't think it's just Levitation Project propaganda.  But yeah, the teaser...crazy shit.  Someone told me they get funding from politicians?  I mean, I think what they're doing is kind of cool--snowboarders, skiers, and freeheelers shooting together?  Fuck yeah.  And I mean, they're making a hell of a statement.  They have stickers everywhere, flyers stapled to telephone poles that say nothing but "haha you have no idea"...I went to one of their parties at the Depot last year and they showed some sweet shots and threw out a bunch of sweet shit...like, they have teaser parties...who does that?  They build up a shit ton of hype and suspense, so then everyone pays attention to their political messages.  It's pretty brilliant if you ask me.  I'm not saying I support the whole pretending to burn Bush and Osama alive thing 100%, but I'm definitely on their side...and I have a ton of respect for riders who throw down and aren't afraid to express their views about something more important than whether or not one-foot grinds are gay.

also if anyone has seen the "truck". it has a Gigantic levatation sticker on the back and sides, and there is also a ARTBOARD sticker that is present as well...

levitation and artboard. its the same people. once again, in my opinion, its another project that has a good idea, but a bad delivery. these guys are spending a lot of money to create hype...i hope it pays off, but i don't think julian carr/billy poole are that marketable. good luck to them and their trust funding wallets.
