Yo, quick tip for those buying arsenic pants. Watch out for that back pocket. If you got a metal wallet or somethin sharp back there, it can rip. Lost my wallet on copper mtn today somewhere in that shiz.

Not bad pants! Love them. Just maybe double stitch that back pocket.
 
Not the best move. Puts way more stress on the material no matter what kind of wallet you have, plus it prolly hurts like a bitch to sit down lol. Front pocket wallet this woulda never happened.

Yeah, lesson learned. U right. Sometimes I like to ski with a hoodie and I have nowhere to put it. No coat so. Still u right

for the casual reader who might be thinking less of the quality based on these two, I don’t blame ya. It’s not a good look and I’m kinda disappointed to be finding out like this. I try my best to offer great things at reasonable prices. Nothing is bombproof tho, and weak points happen. Though I’d say 99% of people are enjoying their Answer pants!

One thing I can guarantee is that even if the product fails you, I won’t. I’ll make sure we get things figured out so that you are stoked on your experience with arsenic. Thanks for giving me that chance!
 
Super legit customer service, not every product can be perfect everytime. on hill wear and tear is especially abusive, and it sounds like they can handle everything except metal wallets and Ninja stars in the back pockets....

Op, there are lost and founds, big resorts aren't easy, but it's worth it to go in to the different customer service buildings and ask around. I got a phone back at abay once

Ski patrol found the wallet. Blows my mind cause idk where tf it dropped when the pocket ripped. S/O to copper ski patrol.

Just got my keys back on the last day of the season at the local after losing them midseason. Figured I'd stop by the office and found em in their box of keys
 
why don’t people just directly message the person or company that made the gear they’re having issues with instead of posting something like this. Especially if you like the product, it will make your chances of getting things correctly way less

I understand that sentiment. However, I'm not shitting on the pants. They are by far the best I've owned for what I needed. If I had a larger problem like something that made them unwearable or something that was un-satisfactory, I woulda looked to email or dm. I get what your saying here. Not my intention to disrespect anyone at all.
