I love this song, simply because it is nothing like the rest of Rancids music...it mellows me out. But all my friends that like rancid despise the song. So what do you think, good, bad or do you just not care and are jacking off

i love rancid. they are truely one of my favorite bands ever, but im not too big a fan of Arrested in Shanghi; one of my fav Rancid songs is Life Won't Wait because the collaboration with Buju Banton is awesome. they did another song with him (No More Misty Days) on one of his albums, but they didnt really sound like rancid or buju

I think Arrested in Shanghai is a really cool song, for the same reason, it is different than all the rest.
