Armada won’t tell me rocker length and effective edge length

some companies post these details some don’t. i was ski shopping recently and thought i was a simple email away from finding rocker length and effective edge on the arv 96s so i can compare to skis i have already and to some of the other models i was browsing, armada sent me this:

if you can read the pic it says they won’t tell me those specs because it will lose them a competitive edge. pretty clown ass answer if you ask me. you can literally find the specs by taking out a tape measure when the skis are on snow? I own arv 116s and they’re a blast but tbh don’t think i’ll ever buy another pair of armadas cuz of this email

Lol wtf? Skis are like $700, if any competitor wanted to benchmark they would just buy a pair and measure themselves.

Legos are tough af, have you ever stepped on one of those bad boys? They're practically indestructible.

Fairly easy to snap on impact. Hard material but brittle in a way.

Hahahahaha. What a (sad) joke, Armada. Let me fix it for you (side question: was this response even written by a human or just some garbage customer service AI?)

"Unfortunately, we can't provide [the same level of basic, helpful, consumer-friendly information our competitors provide] to remain competitive amongst our competitors."

It's such a shame to see this company going the way it has the past few years, but I guess at this point it's just "sit back and enjoy the warm glow of the dumpster fire" time with them.
