I've heard good things about these, like their great at rails. Is this true? Can they still hold it down on jumps?

I know the all-mountain performance isn't great, but how bad is it? Also, how stiff are they compared to other park skis like anthems and ar6's? They work well center-mounted, right?

From what I've heard, it sounds like they're a softer, more park/jib oriented version of the ar6's... Good way to describe them?

Thanks

they are softer then AR6s but not as much as anthmes. they are light so good for tech on rails and they hold up great on jumps but not as well as ar6s imo. and they would be fine center mounted

I thought the T-halls were stiffer than the AR6.. I don't know, I can tell you that my kid was'nt able to trash a pair last season however he's not happy that T-hall is a big mountain skier now and has changed to Salomon, Suspects to be specific.

Ok that's good because tech on rails is mostly what I like... Does it have an inconsistent flex? I've heard people say that and it didn't get a great review from freeskier either... Sounds good though.

Yea I've heard a couple people say that but most disagree... The whole flex points in front of and behind boot thing sounds sorta like Line's butterzones... just a thought. anyone have answers to my previous post?

Also, how does the weight compare? I'm guessing t-halls and ar6s are similar cause of they have the same core, but what about compared to the anthems?

ok, i have had both ar6s and thalls...AR6S are much stiffer, where as the THALLS ARE NOT AS STIFF. The ar6s are the all mountain version of the thalls, the thalls are for mostly park and better for buttering.

Thanks for clearing that up.

Which is better for all-mountain, T-Halls or Anthems? Like flex wise not regarding waist width, because I know anthems will win there. Common sense says that because anthems are so buttery they would be worse at all mountain than t-halls, but all this variable flex/butter zones thing is kinda weird. So which is better at all-mountain flex wise?

i would say thalls...if u dont consider powder part of all mountain...the thalls are still stiffer and will hold up better carving and such

Anthems are wider and therefore will perform better in pow. But i don't see why the T-Halls should be bad on the all mountain stuff, i mean buttering in the pow is sick! i would probably end up picking the t-hall over the ar6 but the anthems are buttery and wide, but probably heavier. All sick skies though, im probably getting next years T-Halls anyway...

cause tanner was the first park skier to join armada, so when he came (which was really early on) they made a park/jib specific model named after him. pipe cleaners came after.

i dont really get why you have made 4 threads about something that couldve been accomplished with one, with exception to the question about the salamon outerwear. you asked about anthems vs thalls, anthems vs ar6's, specifically thalls, and specifically anthems. I could be completely missing something, and I am not trying to hate, i just am trying to make some sense out of why you couldnt just make a general what ski thread, and find all this out in one thread.

give him a break bro, hes just trying to get some specific questions answered that probably wouldnt come out during a broad thread topic.

^

In like a thread about anthems or whatever, it's kinda hard to get specific info on t-halls. Also, I posted more threads as I found out more. When I posted the first ones, I wasn't even considering t-halls. But sorry about that.

Oh and BTW I think I have it figured out now so thanks for the help guys.

Again, I wasn't trying to hate or anything, I was just wondering why he didn't make one thread asking about what skis to get in general, since with one thread, you don't have to cross your questions over from thread to thread, or make references from your other thread. I personally just would find it easier to make one, and i didn't know the back story as to why he made more than one thread, I just saw 4 threads with the same creator so I had to ask.
