Just wondering if anyone knows of if armada is gonna make more pairs JP v Jul. and the Ant pros... and the pro models in general? 04/05 seemed to produce very little of the TH, and the JP v J... and now theres a lot more types of ski.

It's not so much that production was limited, more so the demand for all the armada models across the board was far beyond expectations. I know for a fact, without going into any detail that Armada will be even better prepared for next season.

There are likely going to be more JPs produced, and definitely more thalls, but not very many pairs of ANT pros... not many people will have use for them. That would be my assumption.

Then why would they make the ANT. They are business, they are out for money. Why would they make something that wouldnt sell as well.

theres no business like snow business.

^ because it pushes the progression of the sport, creating new skis, and sup[porting there athletes.

look at the prohet 130 Pollard has been riding them for 2 seasons and now there getting even more and more popular.

Therefore by bringing out a ski like the ANT there are riders out there that want and will want to ride a ski like that. Not just the mainstream so they make 150 pairs or so. They still make money off it and there is no point producing 1000 pairs with such a specialty ski, unless there is a market demand for it, which they will find out after they make the fist batch.

and by supporting there athletes and pushing the progression of the sport means there on top of the game which in turn means and will lead to more good buisness, and the bling bling.

It's not as much as pushing the progression of the sport as what it is that yu know that you can sell. I believe that production volumes normally are not really decided upon until after the SIA show where manufacturers discover the level of demand and/or interest from retailers of their products. This may not be so much the case for larger companies such as K2, Rossi and Salomon but the smaller manufacturers such as Armada, 4FRNT and the like most likely use this method to predetermine production as they are still growing and due to their young nature, have not yet developed extensive sales records. The other area of influence is the organisations rate of growth and uptake of new business customers as is evident from Armada's continual international penetration.
