Armada Poles

i don't think they're trying to fuck tony, per se, i think they're just looking to expand the market. it still all goes back into skiing, so we should be stoked.

Looking to expand the market... all over Tony.

When it comes to brand power it's undeniable that Armada is clearly a heavyweight. Now how many people that would have possibly bought Joystick will now buy Armada poles instead? And who benefits?

Not Tony. The guy is trying to make a go of something on his own, start a company, and do what he feels will contribute to skiing. And now it's just that much harder.

I love Armada to death, I will ride thier skis until I can no longer ski, and every decision they have ever made I have agreed with, except this one.

I don't like it one bit.

then that's just more incentive for tony to step up his graphics, since that's the main selling point of his company. if his graphics are better than the ones armada has, then someone who's considering buying poles from a core company (i never would though - too expensive) will pick the ones that they like more.

i mean you have to agree, there wouldn't be much growth in this aspect if there was only one company
