Armada Pipe Cleaner Question

So my buddy has a pair of the 06-07 pipe cleaners and I am considering taking them off his hands. They are brand new and never been mounted (dont ask me why, he;s a little weird). My question to you is he is willing to sell them to me for about $150. i'm currently riding the Liberty Laroses. Do you think that would be a good idea or should I spend the extra change and just pick up this years pair? Anyone who rides this ski or has ridden them please help...Im in a bind! Thanks alot ! +karma
 
if they are your size get them for sure, they are sick skis , and 150$ is pretty cheap for a brandnew pair
 
i haven't ridden these skis but i would say that 150 dollars for pipe cleaners that have never been mounted is a pretty good deal. I don't see how you could go wrong.
 
!!!!!!!! 150 $$ for pipe cleaners, if you dont buy these it will haunt you for ever. I have a pair they are sooo fun, really solid and yet still really buttery, and i belive they would hold up just fine of rails and shit, despite what people have said would them not being to great for jibbing.
 
For 150 you should get them, who cares if they are not this years ski if they are brand new. I think it is pretty much the same ski.
