hahah id go witht he karmas for sure, dont listen to these fools. Volkl actually makes real big mountain skis, skis you could use in alaska and in the gnarly shit. Armadas are park skis made to be used in powder...hugeee difference

ARVs.

Yeah..JP, Julien, Anthony, and the rest of the sure do have trouble skiing in Alaska, BC, and other places with big gnarly lines with their Armadas. For more evidence of this, please see some of this year's movies.

The first person to say 'Tanner Hall can't ski big mountain' gets a kick in the kidneys and a razor blade to the jugular for being so fucking retarded.

Here's the deal: Karmas are a very nice all around ski. If you want/need a little more surface area, you're better off with the Armada, and if you give a shit about skiing, you're again better off with the Armada.

Bahahaha... or, you could call it the 'elitist snob' cult. Anyways, my family already owns a country club, so no thanks.

thanks. ^Dspin7x, i have never ridden a pair or armadas but i fully expect them to be able to hold their own in the backcountry, especially the JP vs Julien which from what ive seen looks 2 b one of the sickest skis out this season and if that couldnt handle Alaska i dont know what good. Two bad 4 me that they only come in one size thats 2 big.

Though i do dig what you r saying, i have ridden volkls before and i do think that they are sick skiis 4 riding all mountain and theyre defianetly not just park ridding skis, thats y im tossing up between the two and at this stage i just cant decide

Has everyone actually ridden the Karmas and know what their talking about when giving advice?

the karma is, without a doubt, the b est all mountain twin i have skied on. stiff, burly, and it carves and holds an edge like a race ski. quite tenacious actually. i rode the seth pistol last year and this thing blows the water out of it. and ive ridden my friends ARVs as well. the volkl is 100 times as stable as the ARV.

i would never ride voykles there too much race for me

'Sorry to all those racers out there,' Hall said, 'but in 10 years you guys ain't going to be nothing.'

dont pour money into the big ski companies like volkl , they dont give half as much support to our sport as aramda does

I own the 05 ARV's in 185 and i say you should get them. Karmas are dope. But really who are we kidding. The Armada's kill.
