im 167 cm skiing whistler looking to charge cliffs and just ski pow not looking to buy just having an argument with my friend on which is better cus i have JJs he has S7s

the JJ and the S7 are very similar up front, but the S7 is quite a bit thinner in the tail.

the advantages of that are that it helps you keep the nose up in pow and is easier to initiate tight turns in the trees. the disadvantages are that it is much less suited to skiing switch in pow and maybe a bit squirellier at speed. 'better' comes down to personal preference i guess.
