So I just bought some 09/10 Armada JJ 175cm. I am 5’10 and 145 lbs. East skier, I
would class me as an intermediate skier. I am not very good in park, just some
rail, box and straight air whit grab. First impression, pretty huge compared to
my Dumont, can even make a table whit them! No
for real they look pretty sick and solid. So im from east coast (Quebec) and I will write a review about how they ski here
in shitty condition and another about how they are in Utah (ski trip 1 week).
So today I got them mount whit Jester at recommended. Take
them in my hand and well they about the same weight as my 07/08 Dumont 176cm mount whit sth12. So I go to my home resort
(Mont St-Bruno) little mountain whit like 14 trails…Condition were good, nice
groomed snow, I can make nice turn whit them and some butter. The run after I
get them in the park, so first park run I hit one flat rail, a big tube, don’t
know how to name this btw, a down rail and a Jump like 20 feet. For the rail they
were pretty good and it was a nice sensation, and for the big air they are
stable (just did a straight air…). So this is a small review after one day on
them.
So after my trip to Utah
ill make another review on how I like them in deep snow, ask me if you have any
question
