Depends on how you ski. If you're spending time outside of the park and want to lace some nice turns, Recommended will give you that directional ride. If you're skiing switch a ton then Center mounting could be beneficial, but beyond that you're just loosing performance. I'd mount those at -1.5 or -2.0cm from dead center so you get the best of both worlds
 
I already mounted at the recommended point and I’m skiing I’d say 70 park 30 all mountain, the recommended point looks very close to centre so I think I’ll be good thank you
 
I ride mine 1.5 back and it feels perfect. I don’t think 1.5 or 2 back will effect park performance at all.
