ya it was the first mount. nothing wierd happened when i fell or anything i just fell. and plop, off went my heelpiece

i doubt its covered under warantee. Its a very simple fix with a heli coil at any ski shop and it usually costs about 10 bucks a screw. Hell you can always try tho

thats what i thought. it would be fairly simple to fix but i figured id give it a shot. a new pair of skis would be sweet.

if you bought them within a year you have a shot of being covered... i got a new pair of this years thalls becuase of the same thing no questions asked

alright so armada gave me an RA # so i can send em in. then once they get my skis they will decide if they will warranty them. so i would have to take off my bindings and pay whatever shipping is. do you think its worth it  to send them in or should i just helicoil it. also i looked at armada's warranty page and they said they didn't cover binding pullouts.

dont quote me on this but most companys views are that they will do anything to keep a loyal customer...so if this binding pull out might have naything to do with their core quality they will hit you with some new skis... theres not much else that they will do for you. its not like they will repair it

so its your call here- pay some for a fix or pay some and have a fresh pair

just remember nothing is guaranteed either way... my experiences with armada have been good. its your call to make
